At Soul Counselling with Rainbow, I offer specialised support for both individuals and families.
For individuals, I work with those navigating addiction, trauma, mental health struggles, ADHD and emotional dysregulation. I provide a compassionate, safe space where individuals can explore their challenges, gain insight and work through the complexities of their experiences. My approach is tailored to your needs, helping you create lasting change and personal growth.
For families, I offer support to those impacted by addiction and mental health issues. Through the Families Unite program, I provide education, family interventions and guidance to help break generational cycles of addiction and build stronger, healthier family relationships. I assist families in learning how to communicate effectively, understand one another's struggles and support each other through difficult times.
At Soul Counselling with Rainbow, I take a holistic and personalised approach to therapy, offering a safe and compassionate environment where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
For individuals, I focus on root cause therapy and embodied processing. I help you identify and address the deep-seated caused of your struggles, including addiction, trauma, mental health issues and ADHD. Together, we explore your emotions, beliefs and behaviors helping you create lasting changed through somatic processing and subconscious work.
For families, I work with families affected by addiction and mental health issues through my Families Unite program. I offer family interventions, support and education to break generational cycles of addiction and create healthier family dynamics. My approach integrates practical tools and emotional support to help families rebuild trust, communication and connection.
Additionally, I offer Walk and Talk Therapy and Pet Therapy for those who prefer a more active or engaging approach to healing. This allows clients to process their emotions while connecting with nature and, in some cases, the calming presence of animals.
My goal is to meet you where you're at, adjust my methods to your unique needs and provide a space where you can grow at your own pace - whether that's through individual therapy or family support.
